teresa millar quote

Have you ever seen a project delivered late or over budget, or delivered with incomplete scope or poor quality? These issues reduce the total benefits realization that could have been achieved and could have been eliminated or mitigated via the application of Project Management best practices.

Have you ever seen a solution delivered properly but then never used or used incorrectly? How can you achieve total benefits of a system if no one uses it?

The answer is, you don’t!

Disciplined Change Management is critical to achieving maximum ROI and benefits realization.

My value proposition: my unique experience in both sides of this equation, plus my experience is leading large and complex and simultaneous and intersecting projects will ensure that your projects are delivered and adopted with maximum value return.

Project Management + Human Change Management = Total Return on Investment (ROI) and Benefits

What Is Project Management?

Project Management is a set of disciplined procedures, skills, and tools that ensure a team’s delivery of a defined piece of scope on time and on budget. Examples of the scope delivered can vary, but certainly include IT solutions and process improvements, events such as a wedding or a tournament, or the start-up of a new business model.

A Project Manager is accountable and responsible for applying the procedures and tools to organize all project delivery work activities and for leading the team who delivers the scope.

What is Human Change Management?

Human Change Management is a set of disciplined procedures, skills, and tools that ensure that end-users embrace, adopt, and use the solution delivered. Many people believe that Change Management is just Communications and Training. However, real change management is focused on helping end users through the entire change curve, and also focuses on equipping sponsors and leaders for their roles in leading the change, managing resistance, defining and tracking adoption metrics, and sustaining the change after a project ends.

A Change Management Leader is accountable and responsible for applying the procedures and tools to organize all change management work activities and for enabling and coaching the leaders who drive the change.

What is Program Management?

Program Management is the organization of multiple intersecting projects simultaneously or extremely large and complex projects.

A Program Manager is an extremely experienced leader and/or Project Manager who oversees the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously for the purpose of achieving corporate strategic objectives.

What is Organizational Change Management?

Change Management for a project is focused on helping end users adopt a specific change or solution. Organizational Change Management is more strategic. It focuses on raising the change competency of the organization as a whole to be more responsive to, and accepting of, change

Organizational Change Leads establish forums and best practices for leaders to help their employees accept external and internal changes on a regular basis.
